THE KITCHENETTE — please read this before booking:
This studio has a kitchenette, not a kitchen. You get a microwave, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and dishware. There is no stove, no cooktop, and no oven. You can reheat, brew, and keep things cold — you cannot cook a meal here.

We say this plainly because it's the one thing that surprises guests. If you need a full kitchen, we manage larger units in the same building — just ask and we'll find you one.

Sleeps 2. There is no sofa bed, and the building caps occupancy at 2 guests.

A note on the balcony: it's yours to enjoy, but building rules apply — no grilling or open flames, no hanging or drying items over the railing, and nothing may be thrown or dropped from it.

Guest access

The studio is entirely yours, balcony included. No shared spaces, no one entering during your stay.

You also have access to:
- Rooftop pool with ocean views
- Fitness center
- The building's beach area — two chairs and beach towels included
- Yoga classes
- One free hour of bike rental, up to 2 bikes

We are your host — not the front desk. Early check-in, a restaurant recommendation, a maintenance issue: message us and we'll take care of it. The building's front desk handles building access only; they don't manage guest requests for privately owned units.

Interaction with guests

Please, be mindful of completing your pre check-in online in advance, to avoid delays at your arrival. When the pre check-in is completed, we will send the reservation to the building. The front desk will give you access to your unit.
