Apartment and building are in need of TLC for the price paid

This place was great for my husband, my two kids and myself. The aprt was super clean. We love this location and the building has great amenities. Host was responsive. The apt could use some small fixes, change the carpet, there is water bubbles under the wall under the AC control, etc. There was no wisk and I made pancakes for my kids so the kitchen could use some extra kitchen tools. Not related to the apartment but The building has weird rules, no floaties in pool and our family that came to visit couldn't use their foldable chairs in the "beach rental areas". Definitely recommend it!

Departamento completamente equipado con salida a la playa, el complejo tiene un sistema de seguridad magnifico para moverse con total tranquilidad. El departamento es luminoso y se puede ver la puesta del sol, las camas son grandes y la cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita

We enjoyed to stay at the apartment,so beautiful beach and it has parking. Apartment is nice ,has big kitchen and balcony. Very bright and comfortable.

The unit was as described. It could use a coat of paint and some extra blankets would be great, and they could use new beach chairs, but other than that we were satisfied. Beach chair and umbrella rental was available and only $25 a day, which is much less than other condos I have stayed at. Previous comments about the lack of people that spoke English were accurate, however that was everywhere, not just the condo. Either way, we managed fine despite the language barrier. We were satisfied with our stay, especially given the price.

El departamento esta muy bien, muy cuidado y de categoría, la pileta la playa, super todo muy cerca. La pasamos muy bien. Algo que cambiaría sería las sillas de playa y sombrilla, no se reclinan, muy incomoda y por la ventana del dormitorio, la entrada de luz muy molesta. Esto es algo personal, pero imprescindible para nosotros que fuimos en vacaciones de descanso y playa. Igualmente como verán es solo una información y recomendación, esto no empaña la estadía por eso le pusimos 5 estrellas. Me olvidaba todas las consultas fueron respondidas al instante.
