House was extremely clean and everything was well stocked. Street noise was quieter than expected given its proximity to downtown. I felt safe walking outside during the day (didn't venture out at night, so no opinion there). The biggest letdown was that the pics of the backyard are no longer accurate. There are no longer 2 seating areas in the backyard, the 1 unattached from the house is now jet-ski storage and wrapped in a green mesh-type material. The one seating area remaining in the backyard has a screenhouse covering a majority of it, which limits the ability to sit in the sun on it. Another negative was in my month there I found several cockroaches, they seemed to be dead or stunned, so I assume there was poison for them, but they were still getting in. Would recommend adding new house #s as the current ones are blocked by plants, which made it difficult for deliveries. Would also recommend adding lamps as the only lights in bed/living room were the bright overhead lights.

Great location and house! If you are looking for a great home in a beautiful neighborhood in Hollywood (about a mile from the beach), book here! The house has a great layout, well-equipped kitchen, and peaceful back yard. You are right across the street from a golf course with quiet neighbors. A quick uber will get you to the beach. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall, great trip and would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and it matched its description. It's in a good location and near shops, however check-in was terrible. It is run by a company and they made us wait for hours to have the door open. This was 10 pm at night so they should have had this figured out hours before. We also had a question about the porch light and when we called no one knew anything about the space. Like I said, it's owned by a company not an individual so do not expect competent care.

We absolutely loved the Quiet Oasis. It was perfect for our time in Hollywood. The place was clean, roomy and we felt right at home. Furthermore, it was close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was as advertised. We also found some terrific restaurants nearby. The place had everything we needed and then some. In addition, Cielo Stays was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had. We highly recommend the Quiet Oasis.
