THE KITCHENETTE — please read this before booking:
This studio has a kitchenette, not a kitchen. You get a microwave, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and dishware.
There is no stove, no cooktop, and no oven. You can reheat, brew, and keep things cold — you cannot cook a meal here.

We say this plainly because it's the one thing that surprises guests. If you need to cook, we manage larger units in the same building with full kitchens — just ask and we'll find you one.

Guest access

The studio is entirely yours. No shared spaces, no one entering during your stay.

You also have access to:
- Rooftop pool with ocean views
- Fitness center
- The building's beach area — two chairs and beach towels included
- Yoga classes
- One free hour of bike rental, up to 2 bikes

We are your host — not the front desk. Early check-in, a restaurant recommendation, a maintenance issue: message us and we'll take care of it.
The building's front desk handles building access only; they don't manage guest requests for privately owned units.
