The space

Studio layout with a queen bed and a full-size sofa bed, one bathroom, and two closets — real storage, not a suitcase corner.

The kitchen is complete: full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and dishes for four.

The balcony faces the ocean. Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are in the closet for you.

Guest access

The entire studio is yours.

Self check-in with a keypad door code — no front desk, no waiting, arrive on your own schedule.

Just inside the door you'll find the pool key and your parking hangtag on a wall hook. Hang the tag in your car and use your assigned space.

The pool and sundeck are shared with residents and other guests and are open sunrise to sunset.

Interaction with guests

We're local, and we answer fast — usually within minutes during the day, and always the same evening.

Check-in is self-service, so no one meets you at the door. That's deliberate: if your flight lands at 2 AM, nobody is waiting on you and nothing is closed.

We're on call for whatever comes up — the pool key, the laundry app, a burnt-out bulb, or where to eat. Just send a message.

One note: the building staff can't help with the apartment. Everything comes to us.
