We will send you a personalized code for easy access to the unit, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. This code will allow you to enter at your convenience, so you can settle in without any hassle. Once inside, you'll find everything set up for your comfort and enjoyment

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay. Our team is available 24/7 via call, or text, to assist you with anything you need. Please refrain from contacting the front desk, as they won't be able to help with your specific inquiries. We're here to ensure your experience is fantastic!

* 1 week (1 to 7 days): $100.00
* 2 weeks (8 to 14 days): $125.00
* 3 weeks (14 to 21 days): $150.00
* 4 weeks (21 to 30 days): $175.00
* Temporary Pass: $20.00 for a few hours
* Overnight temporary Pass: $40.00

All Units Include
* One beach umbrella
* Beach towels for your use at the beach
* Two beach chairs (non-reclining, foldable for beach convenience)

Important:
* There is one laundry room per floor; it is not located inside the apartment.
* Please be aware that if you wish to rent reclining beach chairs, this service is offered directly through the beach service and is not included as part of the resort amenities.

Packages:
Packages can be delivered to the Building, but please note that there is a cost of $7.00 per package.

Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
