Beautiful location with lots of great amenities (towel service, beach chair service, checkout of different toys for the beach and pool, amazing rooftop pool and hot tub, friendly and helpful staff, bike rentals on site, etc.) Beautiful views from the patio. Awesome location right on the Broadwalk. Totally walkable to all that Hollywood Beach has to offer. 5 minute walk to Margaritaville area. Great spot!

The rooftop was over my expectations. There was a warm pool, great bar, and exceptional view of the inter coastal. Our walk to the beach and boardwalk was short and fun. The best bakery and restaurant on the A1A was across the street. We did lose water to the shower but Cielo did communicate and made amends. All employees were friendly and helpful.

Always a pleasure to stay here!! Will be back again. I’d argue this location is the best being steps away from the beach, having the convenience of the rooftop pool and bar/restaurant.

The unit was clean. No conventional washer/dryer, which is what we were expecting. The building was nice, and the location was very close to the beach and a bunch of shops/restaurants. There was an unexpected daily resort fee, and you have to pay for parking, which adds additional fees. The pool area and rooftop bar were nice; however, in warmer temps, I would imagine it might be very busy. It isn't very big for the two buildings.

We had a great stay! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and everything for fun at the beach/pool. Was easily walkable to the beach and boardwalk for easy food and shopping. We had 2 kids in pack and plays and they had them ready to go in our room.
